Selector AI builds an AI-driven observability platform aimed at operators of very large networks and hybrid infrastructure. Rather than dashboarding metrics, it correlates signals horizontally across the stack using a combination of large language models, knowledge graphs and causal reasoning, and it operates a purpose-built network large language model trained on network operational data. The platform includes Digital Twin technology for modelling infrastructure, agentic ChatOps announced in February 2026 that supports multi-turn reasoning and iterative investigation from chat, and multi-cloud observability capabilities launched in May 2026. The company holds eight granted U.S. patents spanning causal inference, LLM training, AI-powered event correlation, predictive maintenance and network path intelligence. It was founded in 2019 by two former Juniper Networks executives and sells primarily to service providers and large enterprises.
