NeuBird is the company behind Hawkeye, an agentic generative-AI 'digital SRE' that autonomously identifies, diagnoses, and helps resolve production and IT operations incidents. The platform reasons across observability data and operational context to act like a senior on-call engineer at machine speed.
NeuBird reports that customers used its AI SRE agent to autonomously resolve hundreds of thousands of alerts, saving thousands of engineering hours and millions in engineering spend. The company has since expanded beyond incident response toward broader autonomous production operations.
Founded by Goutham Rao and Vinod Jayaraman, NeuBird raised a $22M seed from Mayfield in April 2024 at a $100M valuation, followed by a $22.5M seed extension led by Microsoft's M12 in December 2024 (with Mayfield, StepStone Group, and Prosperity7 Ventures). In April 2026 it announced a further $19.3M oversubscribed round led by Xora Innovation, with Mayfield, StepStone, Prosperity7, and M12 participating, bringing total funding well above $60M.
NeuBird serves enterprise IT operations, SRE, and DevOps teams that need to keep complex systems reliable without scaling headcount. Its agentic approach automates the toil of triage and diagnosis.
The company is a leading name in the AI SRE category alongside Resolve AI and Ciroos, distinguished by its early Mayfield/M12 backing and the Hawkeye product's track record of autonomous alert resolution.
