›Where does this AI funding data come from?
Every figure on this page is aggregated from the funding-round records in the NeuronFeed database, which tracks roughly 2,880 AI startups across 90+ countries and 100 categories. Rounds are attributed to the startup profile they belong to, so each bar and category total traces back to individual companies you can open in the directory.
›Does it include undisclosed funding rounds?
No. Only rounds with a disclosed dollar amount are counted. Rounds announced without a figure still appear on the startup profile, but they are excluded from the monthly totals, category rankings, and biggest-round list so the sums are not inflated by guesses.
›What time period does each section cover?
The monthly chart covers the last 12 months, grouped by the month each round was announced. The category ranking covers the last 6 months and shows the 14 categories with the highest disclosed totals. The biggest-rounds list covers the last 60 days.
›How often is the data updated?
The underlying database is updated as new rounds are added, and this page serves a cached aggregate that refreshes several times a day. Figures shift as rounds are recorded, so the last month in the chart is usually still filling in.
›Is AI Market Pulse free to use?
Yes. The tool is free, needs no account, and has no usage limit. You can also browse the underlying rounds one by one on the funding tracker.
