Hyground builds what it calls a sovereign AI SRE agent: an autonomous site reliability engineering agent that runs inside the customer's own infrastructure rather than as a hosted SaaS service. The agent ingests and correlates signals from Kubernetes clusters, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, application telemetry and internal documentation into a single view that engineers can query in natural language, and it carries out structured root-cause analysis with remediation recommendations. Named capabilities include reusable and schedulable units of work called skills, 24/7 autonomous on-call coverage, a live topology graph, and bring-your-own-chart plus bring-your-own-model deployment so customers choose the LLM. Because it can be deployed fully air-gapped and on-premises, it targets European enterprises with data-residency and GDPR constraints. The company has said it is expanding the agent into FinOps and SecOps use cases. Named customers and partners include Deutsche Bahn's passenger information division, ifm, MaibornWolff, Giant Swarm and Adesso.
