Ralio operates as a trust layer between AI agents and payment rails. The company's premise is that agents are already being deployed to handle procurement, payroll and treasury functions for businesses, but that every agent-initiated payment today happens without verified intent, enforced limits or an audit trail. Ralio's platform intervenes before funds move: when an agent initiates a payment, the system verifies the intent behind it, checks it against predefined rules and spending limits, routes it for human review where policy requires, and logs the complete decision trail. It works across bank accounts, cards and stablecoins.
Funding
Ralio announced a $2.5 million pre-seed round on 14 April 2026, described as the largest agentic payments raise in Europe at the time. It was led by SVV (Sure Valley Ventures), with Seed X, Love Ventures, Plug and Play, rule30, Adeline Arts and Science, Endurance Ventures, Campus Fund, fintech investor Alan Morgan, and continued support from earlier backer Antler. The round was reported as three times oversubscribed within three months of the company being founded.
