In March 2025, Phot.AI raised a 2.7 million dollar seed round led by Info Edge Ventures, with participation from Together Fund, AC Ventures, and more than 50 angel investors including founders from Shiprocket, Astrotalk, and Bewakoof. The company plans to use the funding to expand its team, invest in research and development, and launch a copilot to further automate creative production.
