Claap is a French AI sales intelligence platform that captures sales conversations across Zoom, Google Meet and phone, transcribes them in 99 languages, and turns them into structured CRM data, deal scores and rep coaching scorecards. A distinguishing feature is its 'no-bot' recorder, which captures meetings without a visible bot participant. The product exposes enriched conversation data to external AI agents through an MCP connector and a documented public API with webhooks. Claap markets itself to revenue teams for CRM hygiene, deal inspection and rep onboarding, and names Qonto, Revolut, PayFit, Brevo and Uberall among its customers.
Funding
Claap raised a $3M pre-seed in June 2021 co-led by LocalGlobe and Headline, alongside roughly 30 angel investors including Mathilde Collin (Front), Tony Jamous (Oyster) and Matt Robinson (GoCardless). In October 2025 Claap announced it was joining lemlist; the French commercial registry records LEMPIRE, lemlist's parent, as Président of CLAAP SAS from 24 December 2025. The acquisition price was described only as an undisclosed eight-figure, self-financed transaction. The Claap product continues to operate under its own brand and runs its own partner program.
