Xpanner is a physical-AI and robotics company automating construction sites. Its flagship product, the X1 Kit, retrofits existing construction equipment with hardware and software that enable autonomous operation. Customers subscribe to task-specific automation licenses such as piling, material handling, trenching, and grading through Xpanner's Automation-as-a-Service (AaaS) model. Originally founded in South Korea in 2020, the company moved its headquarters to the U.S. in 2023. Xpanner grew revenue from $3M in 2023 to $21M in 2025 with gross margins above 80%. In May 2026 it raised an $18M Series B bridge round led by existing backer Korea Investment Partners with participation from KB Investment, bringing total funding to $38M.
