Ringg AI builds multilingual voice agents that let businesses automate phone-based workflows at scale. Founded in October 2023 in Bengaluru, the company targets the enormous volume of voice interactions in India and similar markets, where collections, customer support, lead qualification, and logistics coordination still run largely over phone calls. Ringg's no-code approach lets operations teams design conversational flows and deploy agents without engineering effort.

The platform is built for high concurrency and natural conversation across multiple Indian and global languages. Ringg reports handling around 1.5 million voice conversations per month, with roughly 75% of those resolved entirely by AI without human intervention. That level of autonomous resolution is central to its pitch: replacing rigid IVR systems and large outbound calling teams with agents that can understand intent, switch languages, and complete tasks in a single call.

Rinng AI was founded by Siddharth Shankar Tripathi, who previously worked at Groww and Flipkart, alongside Utkarsh, formerly of Blinkit and Atlan, and Kali C.V., who worked at Byju's and Flipkart. The founding team combines consumer fintech, commerce, and data infrastructure experience, which informs Ringg's focus on reliability, compliance, and enterprise deployment.

In its Series A, announced in early 2026, Ringg raised $5.5M (around Rs 48 crore) led by Arkam Ventures, with participation from Groww's Founder Fund, CRED founder Kunal Shah, White Venture Capital, and existing investor Capital2B. The company said it would use the funds to build deeper product capabilities, develop its own speech models, and enable on-premise deployments so large, regulated enterprises can adopt voice agents with maximum control and compliance.
