NOSIBLE is a South African artificial-intelligence company applying large-scale search and retrieval to the demanding world of asset management. Its system continuously crawls and monitors the open internet, structuring what it finds into a real-time and historical event database that surfaces geopolitical, economic, and corporate-risk signals. The goal is to give financial professionals, and increasingly AI models that serve them, fast, reliable grounding data rather than the noisy, latency-heavy results of general-purpose search.

The company offers two core products. The first is a search-engine API that provides businesses with structured real-time and historical insights drawn from across the web, designed to plug directly into research workflows and downstream models. The second is nosible.ai, a consumer-facing platform of hyperspecialized AI agents built to streamline specific asset-management tasks, from monitoring risk events to synthesizing research. Together they target the gap between generic search and the precision finance teams need.

A central part of NOSIBLE's edge is engineering. Rather than relying on off-the-shelf vector search, the team built its own disk-optimized infrastructure supporting native pre-filtering, compression, streaming, bulk querying, and even real-time hyperparameter tuning. The company says this lets it run large-scale search roughly 100 times more cheaply than current state-of-the-art approaches, an important claim in finance where data costs scale aggressively.

NOSIBLE was founded in 2020 by Stuart Reid. In March 2025 it raised 1 million US dollars in a pre-seed round led by Atlantica Ventures, with additional strategic investment from existing customers, and welcomed industry veteran Axel Horger. Atlantica's founding partner cited the team's depth in quantitative finance, machine learning, and computer science, and its decision to build proprietary infrastructure, as the basis for the investment. The capital funds growth marketing, sales scaling, and go-to-market acceleration.
