Luxury Presence is an Austin-based AI-powered marketing platform for real estate agents and teams. It provides high-end agent websites, marketing automation, lead generation, and Presence CRM, billed as an AI relationship engine that finds hidden deals within an agent's network. More than 17,000 real estate businesses use the platform, including roughly 30% of the Wall Street Journal RealTrends top agents and teams. In January 2026 Luxury Presence raised a $22M Series C led by repeat investor Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from NextEquity, GSBackers, TPC, and Adam and Jade Mills, plus a $15M debt facility. The company has raised about $89M from investors including Bessemer, Switch Ventures, NextEquity, Toba Capital, and Zillow co-founder Spencer Rascoff.
