ZyG, founded in Tel Aviv by ironSource founders Omer Kaplan and Tomer Bar-Zeev together with Assaf Ben Ami, Nadav Ashkenazy, Daniel Shina, Dr. Eyal Amitt, Omri Steinmetz and Guy Tsur, is building 'ZyG OS,' an agentic operating system for ecommerce scale. The platform uses predictive models to validate which consumer products have commercial potential and gives a clear go/no-go signal before significant investment, then replaces fragmented tools and agencies with a connected system of specialized AI agents that handle branding, marketing, conversion, customer acquisition and logistics across the customer journey. ZyG also offers flexible financing, including pay-as-you-grow consumption fees and cohort-based marketing financing where ZyG absorbs much of the growth risk, while partner brands retain control of their physical product and IP. In May 2026 ZyG raised a $60M Series A at a $500M valuation led by Accel, with Felix Capital, Bessemer Venture Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, O.G. Venture Partners and QP Ventures participating, bringing total funding to $118M.
