Jimini Health is a behavioral health technology company building clinician-supervised AI infrastructure for mental health care. Its core product, Sage, is an AI behavioral health assistant that interacts with patients continuously during treatment, providing support and reminders before, after, and between therapy sessions, all under the supervision of a clinician.

The company's thesis is that AI can extend the reach of scarce mental health clinicians without removing human oversight, helping behavioral health organizations manage patient engagement and the growing reality of patients using AI for mental health support. Jimini positions itself within the emerging regulatory landscape for clinical AI by keeping clinicians in the loop.

Jimini launched in November 2024 with $8M in pre-seed funding and announced a $17M round on March 31, 2026, bringing total funding to $25M. Investors include M13, Town Hall Ventures, LionBird, Zetta Venture Partners, and OneMind, plus former Acting CMS Administrator Andy Slavitt.

Jimini's CEO Luis Voloch previously co-founded Immunai, and its leadership includes alumni of Talkspace, Guardant Health, and Ribbon Health, with advisory backing from Moderna co-founder Robert Langer. The company targets large behavioral health organizations seeking clinical-grade AI tooling.
