Paradigm Health is a clinical research technology company, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio and New York, building an intelligent platform that connects patients, providers, and trial sponsors. Its AI-enabled infrastructure automates patient matching and site feasibility, embedding clinical trials into everyday care workflows so that participating in research becomes a routine option rather than a rare, burdensome process. The platform has helped health systems accrue patients to trials roughly four times faster while reducing provider burden. Conceived and co-incubated by ARCH Venture Partners and General Catalyst, Paradigm launched in 2023 with a large Series A. In December 2025 it raised an oversubscribed $78M Series B led by ARCH Venture Partners, with DFJ Growth, General Catalyst, GV, F-Prime, Lux Capital, and Mubadala Capital, and acquired Flatiron Health's clinical research business to add an oncology research network.
