IronLedger.ai provides AI-enabled corporate cards and invoice processing for real estate, building AI agents for property accounting starting with accounts payable. The platform automates expense processing for real estate operators, coding transactions with claimed accuracy above 99% and managing vendor communications autonomously across thousands of multifamily units. The company was co-founded by Nick Amore, a former Bain & Company consultant and real estate investor, and Samuel Li, a former tech lead at Rippling who built core HRIS systems. IronLedger is based in New York City and went through Y Combinator's Summer 2025 batch.
