Perfect builds an agentic AI recruiter aimed at fixing the inefficiencies and biases in modern hiring. The platform helps talent teams source the right people, surface curated candidate profiles, and move faster across the recruiting funnel.
Recruiters use Perfect as a co-pilot: it assists in writing open job posts, recommends where to run them, and then triages the inbound responses so teams can focus on the most relevant candidates. The company claims this can cut recruitment time substantially and save recruiters as much as 25 hours per week.
Perfect was founded by Eylon Etshtein, previously founder of the facial-recognition company AnyVision (now Oosto), bringing prior experience scaling AI products. The company emphasizes agentic automation across the sourcing-to-shortlist workflow.
In February 2025 Perfect announced a $23M seed round. It comprised roughly $12M in equity from Target Global, RTP Global, Pitango and others, plus an interest-free SAFE note from Hanaco Ventures, Joule Ventures and Young Sohn (former president of Samsung and an Arm board member).
