Envive AI is building what it calls an intelligence layer for online retail, applying reinforcement learning to optimize the full shopping journey rather than a single touchpoint. Its systems learn continuously from user behavior and coordinate actions across discovery, conversion and retention.

The goal is to help brands respond in near real time to shifts in consumer behavior—surfacing the right products, messaging and experiences to increase conversion rates and lifetime value. Envive positions itself as an operating layer that sits across the commerce stack rather than a point solution.

The founding team brings deep applied-AI pedigree: CEO Aniket Deosthali previously led generative AI at Walmart, while Chief Scientist Iz Beltagy created the OLMo model at the Allen Institute for AI, Chief Architect Matt Peters co-invented the ELMo language model, and CTO Sameer Singh is a reinforcement-learning researcher.

Envive raised a $15M Series A in September 2025 led by Fuse VC, with participation from Point72 Ventures and the AI2 Incubator, bringing total funding to about $20M. Early customers include Spanx, Supergoop!, Coterie and Wine Enthusiast.
