Hotels report response times cut from roughly 30 minutes to one minute, eight minutes saved per check-in, and significantly higher upsell revenue. Founded in 2015, Duve serves more than 1,000 customers across 60-plus countries and integrates with major PMS providers, payment processors and smart-lock systems. Its December 2025 Series B brought total funding to $85M to fund global expansion into the UK, Germany and Asia.
