Confido Health deploys AI voice agents that act as the phone-based front door for medical and dental practices. The agents authenticate the caller, verify insurance eligibility and resolve requests including appointment scheduling, prescription refills, referrals, payments, prior authorization and status updates, warm-transferring to human staff for complex edge cases. Every interaction is written back to the practice's EHR or PMS in real time. The company markets three agent personas: Sara for front desk and scheduling, Lily for patient outreach and care, and Ryan for revenue and back office work covering denial management and claims appeals. Confido reports automation rates above 80% and states it operates across more than 1,500 healthcare and dental sites covering over one million patients, with more than 40 prebuilt integrations to systems including Epic, Cerner, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, ModMed, OpenDental and Dentrix. The product is HIPAA-compliant and multilingual.
Funding
Confido Health raised a pre-seed round led by Momentum Capital, followed by a $3M seed announced in December 2024 led by Together Fund with participation from MedMountain Ventures, Rebellion VC, DeVC and Operators Studio. In September 2025 it raised a $10M Series A led by Blume Ventures with participation from Schema Ventures, Vicus Ventures, Together Fund, DeVC and MedMountain Ventures, bringing total funding to $13M. No valuation has been disclosed.
