What Allset does

Allset is an online ordering platform and restaurant marketplace focused on pickup rather than delivery. Founded in 2015 by Stas Matviyenko and Anna Polishchuk and headquartered in Los Angeles, the app lets diners discover nearby restaurants, pre-order and pay ahead, skip the line, and earn cash back on orders. At the time of its acquisition it worked with roughly 7,000 restaurants across the US.

Key capabilities

Allset provides a consumer app for browsing local restaurants, placing pickup orders, scheduling pickup times, and earning rewards of up to 15% cash back. For restaurants it offers a marketplace channel to reach pickup customers. In June 2024, Allset was acquired by SoundHound AI to accelerate SoundHound's voice commerce ecosystem; the deal gave SoundHound access to Allset's restaurant network so it could offer AI voice ordering across drive-thru, phone, and other channels.

Who it's for

Allset serves diners who prefer fast pickup over delivery and restaurants seeking an additional ordering channel. Following the acquisition, the technology and restaurant relationships now feed into SoundHound AI's broader voice-ordering platform.
