Userled is a B2B martech platform focused on personalization at scale, helping marketing teams create and manage tailored campaigns and buyer experiences for specific accounts and personas. As account-based marketing has matured, the bottleneck has shifted from targeting to execution: teams know which accounts they want to reach but struggle to deliver genuinely personalized content and journeys to each one without enormous manual effort. Userled addresses this by letting marketers build dynamic, account-specific experiences, such as personalized landing pages and content journeys, that adapt to who is engaging.

The platform connects personalization directly to the buyer journey and pipeline. Rather than treating personalization as a cosmetic layer, Userled aims to orchestrate tailored experiences across channels and tie them back to engagement and revenue outcomes, so marketers can see which personalized plays move accounts forward. By using AI to generate and adapt content for different segments, the platform reduces the production overhead that typically limits how many accounts an ABM program can realistically personalize for.

Userled was founded in 2023 by CEO Yann Sarfati, who was previously a sales leader at Salesforce and Incident.io, and CTO Tristan Saunders. The founders' backgrounds in enterprise sales and engineering inform a product built for B2B GTM teams that want to scale account-based personalization. The company targets mid-market and enterprise B2B marketing teams running sophisticated ABM motions.

Userled raised a £4 million pre-seed round led by LocalGlobe, with participation from Dig Ventures. The company is using the funding to hire and build out its martech platform for personalized B2B marketing at scale.
