Toku is a Chilean financial technology company founded in 2020 by Cristina Etcheberry, Francisca Noguera and Enzo Tamburini that provides an all-in-one recurring payments platform for industries with subscription and installment billing. Its software automates the entire payment lifecycle, from presenting payment options to AI-driven customer outreach and collections, helping businesses improve collection rates and reduce churn. In April 2024 Toku raised a $9.3 million Series A led by Gradient Ventures, Google's AI-focused fund, with participation from F-Prime Capital, Clocktower, Y Combinator, Wollef and Funders Club, bringing total funding to nearly $20 million. The company has used the capital to expand operations across Mexico, Brazil and Chile, and later raised a larger Series A extension to further scale its recurring-payments platform.
