Spiky is an AI conversation intelligence platform for sales, customer success, HR and product teams. It records and transcribes calls, meetings and dialer conversations, then generates summaries, sentiment and engagement analytics including talk-listen ratio, monologue tracking and call momentum. A separate desktop application called Whisper provides real-time in-call guidance with live battlecards and objection prompts. The platform identifies behavioral 'winning plays' across calls, email and Slack that correlate with closed deals and lets teams deploy those plays into Whisper in one click. It also auto-fills CRM fields, drafts follow-up emails and surfaces deal flow and account dashboards. Spiky states it uses 20 proprietary machine learning models and holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications. The team is distributed across roughly seven cities on three continents.
