Soxton AI is a full-stack, AI-powered legal solution built for founders at their earliest stages. The platform pairs a plain-English AI legal copilot with automated workflows, a library of 50+ startup-ready contracts and more than 400 clauses, and tools that simplify drafting, editing, reviewing and understanding legal documents, all backed by human attorney oversight. It targets the gap where early-stage startups need fast, affordable legal help for incorporation, equity, fundraising and compliance. Founded by Logan Brown, a Harvard J.D. and former Cooley attorney, Soxton emerged from stealth in December 2025 with $2.5M in pre-seed funding led by Moxxie Ventures, with participation from Strobe, Coalition, Caterina Fake and Flex. Before public launch it had already helped over 270 businesses, reportedly saving customers an average of $45,000 in legal fees within their first month.
