Silence Laboratories is a Singapore-based privacy technology company founded in 2021 that builds cryptographic infrastructure for privacy-preserving computation using secure multi-party computation (MPC). Its two core products are Silent Shard, which distributes private-key custody across parties using threshold signatures to reduce single points of failure for wallets and enterprise key management, and Silent Compute, which lets organizations jointly analyze data without revealing their private inputs. The company fuses cryptography with security engineering and ships SDKs for developers.

Funding

In February 2024 Silence Laboratories announced a $4.1 million pre-Series A round co-led by Pi Ventures and Kira Studio with participation from several angel investors, bringing its total raised to about $6 million following an earlier seed round.
