Quandri builds AI software that automates the repetitive servicing work inside insurance brokerages, with a focus on policy renewals. Its Renewal Intelligence Platform analyzes policies and renewal data, generates quotes, flags coverage gaps and remarketing opportunities, and creates personalized client outreach, helping brokers improve retention, engagement and revenue while freeing staff from manual reviews. Founded in 2021 in Vancouver, Quandri serves brokerages across North America. In May 2025 it closed a $12M USD (16.5M CAD) Series A-plus led by Framework Venture Partners, with new investor Intact Ventures (the venture arm of P&C insurer Intact) and existing backers Defined Capital and Fuse, bringing total funding to roughly $22M. The capital supports scaling its AI platform and automating more of the brokerage renewal workflow.
