Perceptic emerged from stealth in 2026 with an AI operating system aimed at the end-to-end drug development process, from discovery through clinical trial design. Founded by former Palantir leaders Tilman Flock (CEO, a 20-year academic researcher at Caltech, Cambridge, and ETH Zurich who led AI strategy at Palantir), Zaki Trache (CPO), and Martin Copes (CTO), the platform consolidates internal records, publications, clinical data, and competitive intelligence into a unified 'Evidence' layer, applies AI specialist agents in a 'Reasoning' layer to clarify processes and surface gaps, and supports traceable, data-backed 'Decisions' across teams. The goal is to prevent insights from being lost between pharma departments, creating a unified intelligence layer where every insight compounds and accelerating decision-making across the drug lifecycle. Perceptic announced a $12M seed round led by Accel, with Air Street Capital and Elder Gull participating.
