Octup is a Tel Aviv-based AI operations platform purpose-built for third-party logistics providers, the warehousing and fulfillment companies that store, pick, pack, and ship goods on behalf of e-commerce brands and retailers. Founded in 2022 by Alon Partuk, Octup addresses a structural problem in the 3PL industry: operators run on a patchwork of warehouse management systems, ERPs, and shipping tools that rarely talk to each other, leaving managers without a unified, real-time view of their operations.

The Octup platform connects directly to a 3PL's WMS, ERP, and shipping carriers to ingest and unify operational data. On top of that unified layer, it delivers clear operational dashboards, automated billing, SLA tracking, and proactive alerts that flag problems before they cascade into missed deliveries or client escalations. By making operational data legible in real time, Octup positions itself as the operating system that 3PLs have historically lacked.

AI is central to Octup's roadmap. The company is investing heavily in AI-powered forecasting and exception management, helping operators anticipate demand spikes, labor needs, and shipping bottlenecks rather than reacting to them. Automated billing is a particularly valuable feature for 3PLs, where reconciling charges across thousands of orders and dozens of brands is a manual, error-prone process that directly affects margins.

Octup raised a $12 million seed round co-led by Shine Capital and JAL Ventures, with participation from Stone Capital, Tal Ventures, and HCS Capital. The company operates across three global hubs, Tel Aviv, Toronto, and Austin, and already supports hundreds of 3PLs managing millions of square feet of warehouse space and thousands of brands. With the new funding, Octup plans to roughly triple its headcount and accelerate development of its AI forecasting and exception-management capabilities, deepening its position as the data and intelligence layer for modern fulfillment operations.
