ManageMy runs an intelligent orchestration platform it calls a Deep Front-End for insurance carriers and broker groups, spanning digital customer engagement, automated underwriting and intelligent claims decisioning across life, health and property and casualty lines. Its modular products — MySales, MyService, MyClaims and MyCustomer, plus an AI workflow copilot — sit on top of core policy administration systems. Carriers commonly run modern digital experiences against decades-old cores, and replacing those cores is prohibitively risky, so a composable front-end layer that streamlines workflows and cuts operational cost without a core replacement is a pragmatic route to modernisation. The company says it serves more than 45 insurance carriers and broker groups across North America, with no-code configuration and explainable decisioning.

Funding

ManageMy raised $45 million in new funding announced on 11 February 2026, including a $20 million Series B co-led by Ventura Capital and OCVC, with BNF and a consortium of strategic insurance and insurtech investors participating. An earlier Series A, also led by Ventura Capital and OCVC, was of an undisclosed amount. The valuation was not disclosed.
