Lindus Health is a London- and New York-based 'anti-CRO' that runs clinical trials radically faster and more reliably by combining fully integrated CRO services with its own in-house trial-management technology. Its eClinical platform, Citrus, uses AI to optimize study design, automate central monitoring of study data, and enable instant biostatistics, replacing the fragmented stack of vendors typical in legacy contract research. By owning both the operations and the software, Lindus positions itself to leverage big data and AI across the trial lifecycle, from protocol design to data analysis. The company is backed by a strategic advisory board including Moderna founder Robert Langer and former Eli Lilly CMO Tim Garnett. In January 2025 it raised a $55M Series B led by Balderton Capital, with Visionaries Club, Creandum, Firstminute, and Seedcamp.
