Klariqo is a compliance and voice AI layer for BPOs and high-volume call centers, designed to run on the dialer operators already use rather than as a browser widget. The company operates its own speech-to-text, LLM and text-to-speech pipeline to hold sub-500ms response latency at real call volume, with native VICIdial integration, SIP passthrough and per-campaign routing. Its differentiating product is the Klariqo Call Record: every recorded call, whether handled by an AI agent or a human, produces a signed, tamper-evident, independently timestamped and verifiable record, giving centers audit-ready evidence of what was said. Automated quality scoring is applied to 100 percent of calls rather than the small sample a QA team can listen to manually. Klariqo targets regulated outbound verticals including SSDI, ACA and health, Medicare, debt relief, personal injury and mass tort. Pricing is prepaid and usage-based at $0.02 per recorded minute for scoring and records, with PII redaction at $0.02 per minute and managed voice AI at $0.10 per minute; new accounts get $5 in free credits and top-ups start at $50, with no seats, contract or minimum term. The company was founded by Ansh Deb, with Vonage co-founder Jeff Pulver as a strategic advisor.
Funding
