Jazz, founded in late 2024 by veterans of Israeli intelligence Unit 81 and alumni of Axonius and Laminar, remasters Data Loss Prevention (DLP) for the AI era. Traditional DLP floods teams with noisy alerts; Jazz combines a forensic endpoint agent for full visibility with an 'Agentic Investigator' that deeply understands the intent and context behind data movement, delivering clear, pre-investigated answers rather than alerts. The platform autonomously maps how organizational data is used across applications and AI tools, helping security teams prevent leaks driven by generative AI usage and insider risk. Jazz is already in production across dozens of enterprise environments including Lemonade, AlphaSense and CAVA, and employs around 45 people, mostly in Israel. In March 2026 Jazz emerged from stealth with a $43M Series A led by Glilot Capital Partners and Team8, with participation from Ten Eleven Ventures, MassMutual and Merlin Ventures, bringing total funding to $61M including an earlier $18M seed.
