Homa is a Miami-based AI-powered real estate platform that replaces the traditional buyer's agent for homebuyers. It combines AI tools that use MLS data for property analysis, condition flagging, climate-risk evaluation, and offer creation with on-demand tours from local showing specialists and licensed brokers who lead negotiations and closing coordination. Homa charges a flat fee (around $1,995) and rebates up to about 2% of the purchase price back to the buyer at closing, roughly $10,560 on an average $528,000 home. Founded in 2024 by former Zillow senior product director Arman Javaherian, Homa launched in Florida and Texas and is backed by Restive Ventures, Cambrian Ventures, and Quiet Capital.
