It emerged from stealth in October 2025 with a $9.8M seed round co-led by Abstract and Human Capital, with participation from Forerunner Ventures, Terrain, Restive Ventures, Genius Ventures, and a notable coalition of fintech and tech operators, including the CEOs of Bridge, Mercury, Ramp, Vercel, and Unit, an investor list that signals strong conviction from people who have built payments and infrastructure companies.
