Freehand sells autonomous AI Teams for enterprise supply chain spend and back-office finance governance. Its agents read contracts, policies, emails and internal data, audit every carrier and supplier invoice against contracted rates and shipment data, verify service obligations and operational milestones, autonomously negotiate billing discrepancies with suppliers, and post clean results into the customer's ERP with a full audit trail. It deliberately targets non-standard spend across logistics, raw materials, parts and labour rather than card and expense workflows. Product lines include Freehand for Freight, Logistics, Global Trade and Freehand Studio. Freehand is a separate company from Pando, not a rebrand: co-founders Nitin Jayakrishnan and Abhijeet Manohar previously founded Pando, stepped back to board roles in early 2024 to launch Freehand as an independent agentic-AI company, and Pando was later sold to a strategic buyer.
