CUDIS is a wearables startup building an AI- and blockchain-powered smart ring that challenges incumbents like Oura. The CUDIS ring tracks sleep, heart rate, activity and recovery, then feeds that data into an AI health coach that delivers personalized wellness insights and gamified goals. Its differentiator is a Web3 architecture that lets users own, control and optionally monetize their health data through a decentralized network, open APIs and developer tools. Since launching in April 2024, CUDIS pre-sold over 6,000 rings across more than 50 countries and built a community of tens of thousands of members; by 2026 it expanded into a new AI-coached ring line. In September 2024 CUDIS raised a $5 million seed round led by Draper Associates, with participation from Skybridge, Foresight Ventures, NGC, Mozaik, DraperDragon and numerous Web3 angels, funding production scale-up and improvements to its AI coach and decentralized health infrastructure.
