Camb.ai is a Dubai-based speech AI company building real-time dubbing and content localization. Its models translate and dub video and live content into 100+ languages, dialects, and accents while preserving each speaker's original voice and nuance. The technology has been used to dub live sports including players such as Novak Djokovic at the Australian Open, and the company opened an APAC office in Japan in 2025. Founded by the father-son team of Avneesh Prakash (CEO) and Akshat Prakash (CTO), Camb.ai raised a $4M seed round led by Courtside Ventures in 2024 and added a January 2025 round bringing total funding to roughly $15.5M, with backers including Comcast NBCUniversal SportsTech and Dubai Future District Fund.
