What Pigment does

Pigment is a French business planning platform founded in 2019 by Eleonore Crespo and Romain Niccoli (former CTO and co-founder of Criteo). It lets finance, sales, HR and supply-chain teams build real-time models that replace fragile spreadsheets at enterprise scale. Its patent-pending Graphite engine powers fast multidimensional modeling, while agentic AI features (Modeler, Analyst and Planner agents) automate model building and analysis.

Enterprise planning at scale

The platform handles FP&A, sales and revenue-ops planning, workforce planning, and supply-chain and S&OP scenarios. Deep connectors to Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Databricks and BigQuery keep models synced with source systems, and an MCP server enables Claude-based agentic workflows through a partnership with Anthropic.

Funding and traction

Pigment reached unicorn status with its April 2024 Series D, raising roughly USD 145M led by ICONIQ Growth at a valuation around USD 1B. Total funding stands near USD 397M. The product is enterprise-only and sold through a demo-led sales motion rather than self-serve signup.
