What Nebius does

Nebius is a full-stack AI infrastructure provider that designs, builds, and operates its own data centers and AI-native cloud platform. It offers large-scale clusters of NVIDIA GPUs (including H100, H200, and GB200-class systems) for distributed training, fine-tuning, and inference, plus managed services such as orchestration, storage, and an inference platform with access to open models. The company emerged from the international assets of Yandex after the 2024 restructuring and now trades on Nasdaq under the ticker NBIS.

Scale and traction

Nebius has grown revenue rapidly, reporting triple-digit year-over-year growth through 2025 and raising ARR guidance toward roughly $900M-$1.1B for end of 2025. It secured large multi-year AI infrastructure agreements with major enterprises including Microsoft and Meta, and raised a $700M strategic equity placement in late 2024 with participation from Accel, NVIDIA, and Orbis. With over 1,000 employees and a vertically integrated approach spanning hardware, data centers, and software, Nebius positions itself as a leading European-headquartered neocloud for AI workloads.
