Rather than adding yet another detection-and-monitoring layer, Native operates as a 'security control plane': teams define security intent and policy once, and Native automatically translates it into enforceable, secure-by-design architecture across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure using each provider's native enforcement mechanisms. The platform continuously adapts as cloud and AI infrastructure changes. Native exited stealth in March 2026 with $42M total funding, including a $31M Series A led by Ballistic Ventures with General Catalyst, YL Ventures, and Merlin Ventures. Former Google Cloud CISO Phil Venables joined its board.
