Mithril, which operated as Foundry (mlfoundry.com) until rebranding in August 2025, is building an AI-native public cloud whose orchestration platform maps ML workloads to the most cost-effective accelerators, aiming to make accessing GPU compute as simple as turning on a light. It offers NVIDIA H100, A100 and other GPU instances with elasticity, price-performance optimization and SOC 2 Type II compliance, serving customers from seed-stage startups to enterprises like KKR and LG and research institutions such as MIT and Stanford. The company was founded by Jared Quincy Davis, a former DeepMind researcher.
