It recruits participants from a network of tens of millions, runs AI-moderated video, audio and text interviews with personalized follow-up questions, and synthesizes the results into themes, personas and report decks within hours. Traction and Funding

Founded in 2023 by Harvard classmates Alfred Wahlforss and Florian Juengermann, Listen Labs raised a combined $27 million seed and Series A led by Sequoia Capital, followed by a $69 million Series B in January 2026 at a $500 million valuation led by Ribbit Capital. The company was named to the Forbes AI 50 in 2026.
