Latent is a San Francisco clinical AI company whose Enterprise Pharmacy Intelligence platform automates medication access for health systems. Its clinical reasoning engine handles prior authorizations end to end, parsing payer policies, checking medical necessity, auto-filling forms and submitting to insurers, with one partner cutting prior-auth review from 18 to 3.5 minutes per case. Beyond PA, the agentic engine identifies eligible patients with therapy gaps, improves insurance approvals, captures new prescriptions and supports adherence through proactive outreach.
