Hunty is a Colombian HR-tech company founded in 2020 in Bogota that uses AI to optimize recruitment, automating candidate interviews, filtering, matching, and scheduling with natural language processing across more than 35 languages. Its AI recruiting assistant interviews candidates 24/7, accelerating hiring for HR teams, and the company was selected by AWS as one of the world's top AI startups in its Generative AI Accelerator 2024, with expansion plans into the United States, Europe, and beyond. Hunty has raised about $7.3 million in total, including a $6 million seed round from investors such as VentureFriends, Kalei Ventures, Newtopia VC and COMETA, alongside earlier backers including Blue Zone Ventures, Start-Up Chile and AWS Startups.
