HousApp is an AI-native platform for real estate agents that automates administrative work so agents can spend more time with clients. It launched originally as a property viewing scheduler and has since expanded into a broader AI assistant covering the full sales process, from an agent's first interaction with a seller through to completion of the property transfer. Its customers range from independent agents and boutique agencies to large brokerage chains. Earlier in 2026 the company expanded its position in the Dutch market by acquiring proptech company Friva. CEO Sebastiaan Kloppenborg has said the company was founded to reduce the administrative burden on real estate agents and give them more time to focus on clients.
Funding
HousApp raised a €4.3 million seed round announced on 2 July 2026, led by Arches Capital and Antler with participation from a group of angel investors. The proceeds are earmarked for product development and expanding the engineering team.
