Fundamental announced a $255 million Series A on February 5, 2026 - one of the largest Series A rounds of the year - valuing the company at $1.4 billion. Investors in the round included Oak HC/FT, Salesforce Ventures, Valor Equity Partners, and QP Ventures, among others.
