Enter is a Brazilian legal-tech company founded in 2023 that builds AI to help large corporations manage litigation in Brazil's uniquely complex legal environment, which has nearly 80 million active lawsuits, roughly eight times the United States. Its platform automates and orchestrates high-volume case handling, and in 2025 the company expected to process more than 250,000 new cases. Enter's contracted annual revenue jumped from about $1 million to $10 million in a year, with customers including Airbnb, Nubank, and LATAM Airlines. In September 2025 Enter raised a $35 million Series A co-led by Founders Fund and Sequoia Capital at a R$2 billion (about $350 million) valuation, with participation from local funds ONEVC and Atlantico. The round was described as the largest funding round for a native AI startup in Brazil and Latin America's largest AI Series A, and the first joint bet by Sequoia and Founders Fund in Brazil since their early stake in Nubank.
