Dazzle is an AI personal assistant startup founded and led by Marissa Mayer, the former Yahoo CEO and early Google executive. The company is building a consumer-facing AI assistant aimed at bridging the gap between what people want to get done and what AI can actually do for them, with mobile availability planned. Dazzle raised an $8M seed round in December 2025 led by Kirsten Green (Forerunner), with participation from Mayer herself, Kleiner Perkins, Greycroft, Offline Ventures, Slow Ventures, Bling Capital, Amino Capital, and the Acquired Wisdom Fund, valuing the company at $35M post-money. Backed by a marquee founder and investor roster, Dazzle is positioning itself in the increasingly competitive consumer AI assistant space alongside larger players.
