CoRecruit, which rebranded from Quil, is a Canadian AI assistant built specifically for third-party recruitment agencies. It captures recruiter conversations across Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet video calls, cell and VoIP phone calls, WhatsApp and in-person meetings, then produces structured interview notes and pushes them directly into the agency's ATS or CRM without manual entry. It also auto-generates branded candidate submittals for client delivery and post-meeting summary emails with action items. The rebrand added botless video capture so no bot joins the call, WhatsApp notetaking, inbound call support and a free VoIP number with unlimited US and Canada calling included in every plan. CoRecruit lists more than 60 integrations spanning recruiting systems such as Bullhorn, Vincere, Crelate, Loxo, JobAdder, Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, phone systems including RingCentral, Aircall and Dialpad, and general tools like Slack and Calendly. It holds SOC 2 Type II certification and is GDPR-compliant.
Funding
CoRecruit, then operating as Quil, raised a pre-seed round in March 2023 with investors Garage Capital and N49P, followed by a seed round in May 2024 with participation from 10VC, which lists the company in its portfolio. Neither round's amount was disclosed and no valuation is public.
