Comena builds AI agents that automate order entry for industrial distributors and manufacturers, taking purchase orders from inbox to ERP. Its system reads purchase orders from emails and PDFs, extracts key information, matches products to SKUs, and pushes orders into the customer's ERP with or without human review, which the company says saves sales teams 75-99% of order-processing time. Comena was co-founded by Jiehua Wu, a former Google engineer and early team member at askLio (YC S23), and Almo Sutedjo, the first hire at Leaping AI (YC W25) and a former AWS, HubSpot, and Microsoft engineer. The company is based in Munich, Germany, serves customers in the US and Germany, and went through Y Combinator's Summer 2025 batch.
